Sorrel

Is a species of Hibiscus , fleshy and bright red as the fruit matures, also known by different names, Roselle, Flor de Jamaica and many other names to different Countries. Sorrel has a deep ruby red color with a tangy/acidic flavor that comes alive with added spices.

In Cayman and other Caribbean Islands, Sorrel is the official Traditional Christmas beverage. Enjoyed as a cold drink or with some Rum for an even smoother taste.

Beet Root
